Bug description:
[Impact]
Products with GC 11.5.2 need linux-firmware to be added for noble. Matching
kernel support is already in kernel 6.11. Without those amdgpu FWs won't bind
to accelerated graphics mode.

[Test Plan]
Accelerated graphics work properly with loaded FWs(GC 11.5.2/PSP 14.0.4/SDMA
6.1.2/VPE 6.1.3).
