Using ubuntu 22.04 I have had a few users report that GDM is failing to
load(no login prompt either) after updates. Upon investigating after the
update to the new kernel Linux 6.8.0-48-generic, GDM is failing to load.
Reinstall failed systemctl status reporting all is running as it should
be.
After booting up with older kernel 6.8.0-47-generic GDM loaded as it
should.
