Intel IPU6 camera drivers may not load with MTL QS stepping CPUs.

New upstream firmware release in

[Test Case]
1. Install firmware into /lib/firmware/intel/ipu6epmtl_fw.bin and reboot
2. Try access camera via webcamtest.com
3. The camera should be working as verified with ES CPUs.
[Where problems could occur]
Opaque firmware, and there is no IPU6/MTL platform shipped yet.
[Other Info]
Intel MIPI IPU6 on Intel Meteor Lake platform is only supported on 6.5 kernels
or newer. Nominate Jammy for oem-6.5, Noble as the next LTS, and best effort
support for Mantic.
