Bug description:
[Impact]
There are many visible delay symptoms, such as typing, moving cursor, or
operate the GUI menu.
[Fix]
The patch fixes the issue.

The most easier way is to run `glxgears -fullscreen`, the FPS should always
close to 60.
[Where problems could occur]
The patch fixes a CPU flaw, and doesn't look like to introduce any regression.
