Skipping ICD JSON
ERROR at ./vulkaninfo/vulkaninfo.h:1472:vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceSupportKHR
failed with ERROR_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
Removing nvidia_layers.json gets rid of the warning but not the error:
