[Impact]
DSC over MST doesn't work well, especially for multiple monitors or dual
5k@120Hz.
[Fix]
Most of the patches are backported from 6.11.5, and the following patches are

[Test]
Connect 2 4k@60hz or higher resolution or higher refresh rate monitors to the
dock and connect the dock to the DUT, the external monitors should work well.
[Where problems could occur]
It may affect the disply output through dock on both Intel and AMD platforms.
