Subwoofer doesn't work with HDA-Intel

Bug description:
With a laptop hp dv7 1050ef, they are some sounds issues, which can be
solved by adding the line "options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1" in
alsa-base, but the subwoofer still doesn't work.
I use Ubuntu Jaunty, alsa 1.0.19.
My audio device :
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family) HD Audio
