Bug description:
NVIDIA has requested that the huge pfnmap enablement patches be
backported to Linux kernel 6.11.
This includes the "mm: Support huge pfnmaps" patchset:

And the "mm: replace follow_page() by folio_walk" patchset:

And finally the following follow-up fix commits:
- "mm/pagewalk: fix usage of pmd_leaf()/pud_leaf() without present check"
- "mm/huge_memory: check pmd_special() only after pmd_present()"
- "mm: fix follow_pfnmap API lockdep assert"
