I am on Ubuntu12.04 64bit updated to 14.4.2012
An simple installation of virtualbox 4.1.12 causes ath9k driver
problems.
The speed of the wireless internetconnectin is dropping <100kbit from
700kbit at maximum.
This change is permanent.
I have also reported this a longer time ago to opensuse bugtracker.

On opensuse was no bughandling on this.
On virtualbox bugtracker they do not beliefe that this is a conclusive
bug.
