Title:
Screen stays black after suspend with AMD Fusion APUs and fglrx driver

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix
Status in linux package in Arch Linux:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When I allow Ubuntu to install the ATI driver for hardware
acceleration for my AMD E-350 (Fusion APU) the driver works - I get
hardware acceleration and smooth video. However, if I suspend the
laptop, upon awakening I had a blank screen and no way to continue - I
  have to power off manually

The original is bug #767975, but it was marked as Won't Fix because it was
reported on a series that is no longer supported.
However this bug is still present on an up-to-date precise.
