Title:
Wifi Networking in Precise is intermittent
Status in Linux:
Incomplete
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
On my Lenovo T510 everytime I update my system to the Precise trunk I
get intermittent connection to my wifi connection. It always says I
am connected but I can't ping out regularly, can't update my system
because I can't connect to the servers, can't install new software,
and can't do any work online. This is a no go for me on the system,
if I reset my wifi connection ... ie turn off the radio and then turn
it back on ... it seems to work again for maybe a minute and then it
doesn't work again. As such at this time I have to stick with oneiric
which is still working for me. The connection should be stable, like
it is in oneiric and previous versions and it is not, this is not an
issue with my laptop - AFAIK - because Linux Mint, Ubuntu Oneiric, and
numerous other Linux Distributions work just fine with my network
connection the only one having issues right now is the Precise trunk.
