Random keys "stick" repeating until any key is pressed

Bug description:
Bug found on the brand new Dell Vostro laptop with preinstalled Ubuntu
20.04 LTS.
Any key at any random moment (might be once an hour or more often) may
"stick" repeating itself like I would holding it pressed. Any other or
the same key must be pressed to stop this. It's not a hardware
keyboard issue itself, since it happens with the external keyboard as
well, but not happens on other OS on the same computer.
Other users reported facing this bug too mostly with Dell laptops on
20.04, 22.04 which are still in LTS and I'm providing links here
because some useful research is done there which may help to locate
the issue.
