Bug description:
After we introduces upstream commit afe6ec667e88 (via LP: 2089033),
the VIDEO_E5010_JPEG_ENC will depends on ARCH_K3, but in this BSP,
the ARCH_K3 is set to N, so VIDEO_E5010_JPEG_ENC is not available for
this BSP, also V4L2_JPEG_HELPER is not available too because of this
change.
