Public bug reported:

The touchpad on this system was detected as a PS/2 mouse on 12.04.3
Now it's correctly detected as AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint on Trusty dailylive
(3.13.0-23)

However, it become less sensitive to single touch detection
I could genetly use my finger tip to control the cursor on 12.04.3, but now I
have to incerase the contact area between my finger and the touchpad, which
induced more firction.

Another way to confirm this issue on Trusty with this system is:
1. Do two-finger scrolling with finger tips (with small contact area of your
fingers)
2. After you can successfully scroll, remove one finger, you will find single
touch does not work with a small contact area of your finger.
