Problem is with Synology synosnap module:
dkms autoinstall on 6.11.0-17-generic/x86_64 failed for synosnap(10)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/synosnap/0.11.4/build/make.log for more information.
Synology says they only support kernel 6.8:
