Public bug reported:
[Summary]
The Builtin panel (DSI and eDP) can't rotate screen to landscape(flipped) from
Gonme-Control-Center (GCC), and both of them switched to Portrait Right/Left
without any problem.
Once switched to landscaped(flipped), the screen still show landscape (normal)
but the touch button area is already switched to flipped.
Image if the screen is already flipped, and touch the "Revert Settings" button.
The touch part is already flipped but the graphic didn't flipped.
On the same machine the external HDMI monitor can switch Portrait
Right/Left and andscape(flipped) without any problem.
