No video from webcam
Status in linux-meta-hwe-6.8 package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I have a webcam that is not working for video. Audio works fine. I
think the kernel is unhappy with it, based on logs.
It fails for me in gnome cheese, in zoom, under firefox.
Please let me know if you need other data.
