This is not a bug in Ubuntu. The problem is that you are you using a
third party version of evdi (DisplayLink I think) and it hasn't been
updated for kernel 6.11. You can either update the module you're using,
or install the version of evdi from the Ubuntu repos (evdi-dkms
package), which has been updated for kernel 6.11.x
