Public bug reported:
[Impact]
The Chicony Electronics HP 5MP Camera (USB ID 04F2:B824) reports a HID
sensor interface that is not actually implemented. Attempting to access
this non-functional sensor via iio_info causes system hangs as runtime PM
tries to wake up an unresponsive sensor.
[Fix]
Add this device to the HID ignore list since the sensor interface is
non-functional by design and should not be exposed to userspace.
[Test]
1. Boot up the machine with this USB camera(04F2:B824)
2. Run iio_info, it should return the iio information immediately
[Where problems could occur]
It's a quirk dedicated to a certain USB webcam, so it won't lead to other
sesnors fail to work.
