By using DeepSeek, I may have managed to find out the source of the
problem.
By running:
iw list | grep "Supported interface modes" -A 10
Supported interface modes:
* IBSS
* managed
* AP
* AP/VLAN
* monitor
Band 1:
Capabilities: 0x7c
HT20
SM Power Save disabled
RX Greenfield
"Greenfield" is not appeared when I run the old "GOOD" kernel.
"Greenfield" may cause problem to DHCP. Please advise how to remove
"Greenfield" from the new kernels. I have tried various ways but still
it is given to the output.

Bug description:
From Kernel 5.15.0-125 and after, no mobile phone device can be
connected to the internet via laptop hotspot. They can see my laptop
but cannot be connected to it. I still use kernel 5.15.0-124 with
Linux Mint.
Note: Only one file is possible to get attached! Then how to send 2
