Bug description:
[Impact]
Plug triple QHD@60HZ monitors on dock and connect dock to machine, the
external monitors can't be detected or can't display normally.
[Fix]
Intel provides a patch to fix this issue
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/i915/kernel/-/commit/9cb15478916e849d62a6ec44b10c593b9663328c
[Test]
1. Install Ubuntu on LNL or ARL platforms
2. Connect 3 monitors on WD19DCS or WD22TB4 or WD25TB4 dock
3. Connect the dock to the machine
4. All 3 external monitors should display correctly
[Where problems could occur]
This is a workaround for certain intel GPU(Display version 14 ~ 20) to fix a
firmware issue. It should not affect other unrelated platforms and most likely
won't introduce any regression.
