Intel Wireless-AC 9260 Bluetooth: Repeated "Invalid exception type"
errors causing disconnects

Bug description:
After upgrading to Ubuntu 25.04 my Bluetooth frequently disconnects
and reconnects.
Symptoms:
- Bluetooth icon disappears and reappears rapidly
- Bluetooth devices randomly disconnect and then a few seconds later reconnect
- `dmesg` and `syslog` are flooded with:
`Bluetooth: hci0: Invalid exception type 03/04`
Hardware:
- Intel Wireless-AC 9260 (ID 8087:0025)
I tried switching to an older kernel (6.11.0-25) but the problem
persisted.
