Title:
[Regression] plucky kernel 6.14 resets while booting on SIENAD8UD-2L2Q
  / Epyc 8124P

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Seen on a SIENAD8UD-2L2Q MB with Epyc 8124P, plucky 6.14 kernel

The server installer starts, then shortly after the 2nd video mode
change (at least there are two slightly changes during the boot), the
machine resets, and the boot process starts again.

The 24.04.02 installer (both with the default and HWE kernels)
successfully boot. Then upgrading to plucky shows the same behavior
with the installed plucky kernel. Again, a reset around the same time
of the boot sequence. There are no kernel crash reports.

Now running this machine on 24.04.02, so I don't have logs anymore.
What I saw didn't help much, as no errors were shown, and the log
stopped pretty early. Still can reproduce this with a 25.04 installer
  (both server and desktop).

Not seen with a Debian trixie rc1 installer, and kernel 6.12.x
