Noble seems to work fine on 6.8.0-62 and nvidia-driver-570. However I
could only test with one monitor. The machine where the bug happens has
three monitors and this might be important.

Bug description:
  To reproduce:

  1. Have a Xubuntu 24.10 system running nvidia-560.
  2. Press ctrl-alt-f2 and see a login prompt.
  3. Update the system and reboot.
  4. Press ctrl-alt-f2.

  Expected result:

  See a login prompt.

  Actual result:

  All monitors switch off.
