Thanks for attaching the logs. In the bug description you said the bug has been fixed, is that still the case or is it showing again?

Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Additional information (may be helpful for diagnosis) In the days before that problem, I was struggling with the Nvidia drivers, installing the driver myself (NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-550.135) every time there was a kernel update in Ubuntu. However, before this problem (the network problem), I saw that one of the generic drivers they offer actually worked correctly that time. So I decided to use that driver that comes with Ubuntu and save myself the trouble of installing it after each update. The problem at hand. One day, when I turned on the computer and logged into my Ubuntu 24 desktop version, I noticed I had no internet access. I checked the network cable and it was working properly. I started Windows 10 on my other partition, and there it was, the internet was working correctly. So I deduced it was an Ubuntu issue. I tried network manager, systemctil, etc. commands, without success. I left everything as is and decided to use the notebook (with Ubuntu 20.4). Today I decided to get this working, and this time I tried modinfo, modprob, sudo lshw -C network, nmcli devices status, etc. commands. I came to the conclusion that the system recognizes the network, but something is preventing it from connecting (probably the rtl8169 or rtl8168 driver). In the end, I don't know exactly what happened. What I tried didn't solve the problem (I didn't have internet access during that session). But then I restarted the PC (to download the driver packages from Windows), and when I started Ubuntu, the network was working again. I don't know what fixed it, and I'm not sure if it was really the Realtek drivers. I hope this report helps you in some way, to improve the system or whatever.
