Bug description:
[Impact]
AMD has upstreamed the firmware necessary for products with gfx1153. OEM
platform requires the new FWs to enable the gfx1153 architecture, which
contains the IP blocks(DCN, PSP, SDMA, etc.).
Without this firmware amdgpu won't bind.

Boot system and ensure accelerated graphics works.
