[AMD/ATI] Cedar [Radeon HD 5000/6000/7350/8350 Series] [1002:68f9] the root cause is: After UEFI installation, Ubuntu server 14.04 doesn't contain Radeon firmware in /lib/firmware defaultly which is necessary to initialize Radeon graphic card. If I copy Radeon firmware manually, this system can boot successfully.
