After this happens, it will become completely unresponsive for 10-20 seconds. Sometimes the keyboard will stop responding also. It seems like it is most likely to happen when I bump the trackpad with my palm when using the eraser pointer in the middle of the keyboard. Also - I have always had the trackpad disabled when this happens via the Dell hotkey (Fn-F5). Of course, it has never happened when the laptop is docked and I am using an external keyboard/mouse.
