I updated the Kernel to 3.13.0-34.60~precise1 and got the same freezes at startup. I found the kernel parameters "debug ignore_loglevel print_fatal_signals=1 LOGLEVEL=8 earlyprintk=vga,keep sched_debug" in Archlinux Wiki [1]. When i boot with these Parameters and "console=tty console=ttyS0,115200n8" for logging I get

Disabling the framebuffer with the parameter "video=vesafb:off" does not help. I get the same Error at normal startups, too. Sometimes the kernel freezes at startup. There is no kernelpanic. I can not use Systemrequest-Keys for restart. The only key that gives Feedback is the Numlock-Key (LED toggles). When i powercyle the Computer Grub has no countdown for booting the first Kernel. When I press Enter the Kernel starts normaly. I cannot find something in Syslog or somewhere else. I deactivated the bootparameter quiet und added the Parameter "console=tty0 console=ttyS0,115200n8". I connected the Computer via a Nullmodemcable with another computer and logged the bootprocess with minicom. The Logs are attached.
