OK, interestingly enough in the attached WifiSyslog.txt you can see the errors taking place, followed by the reboot. No additional info got spat out during shutdown.

If I remove and plug back in, I see [ 4638.146279] usb 3-5: USB disconnect, device number 3 [ 4659.745881] zd1211rw 3-5:1.0: error ioread32(CR_REG1): -19 [ 4659.745957] zd1211rw 3-5:1.0: error ioread32(CR_REG1): -19 [ 4659.745967] zd1211rw 3-5:1.0: error ioread32(CR_REG1): -19 [ 4659.745971] zd1211rw 3-5:1.0: error ioread32(CR_REG1): -19 [ 4659.745974] zd1211rw 3-5:1.0: error ioread32(CR_REG1): -19 (.. and so on) The only way I've found of fixing the problem is to reboot. It is necessary to reboot via the "reisub" method as when this problem occurs shutting down "properly" gets stuck while the Ubuntu splash is on the screen. I can't seem to find a way to dump the kernel log at that time, could anyone tell me how? This is probably a duplicate of #406484, but according to the kernel bug duplicate policy (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Policies/DuplicateBugs), I've created a separate one. Sorry, I don't really have time to test a newer/upstream kernel right now but I'll get back if I get a chance. Also, it's just occured to me that it's not impossible that my hardware is faulty. I've attached a dmesg from when the problem is occuring.
