Title:
  system won't reboot after install

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
After (successfully, hopefully) installing the utopic release
candidate on a new system, the OS said it was rebooting but then just
hung. Pressing ctl-alt-delete reports failing in "Starting store
software rfkill state" and "Starting Store Sound Card State".

It's possible that this is due to the funky new hardware I'm using,
haswell-e on an X99-deluxe motherboard. Happy to try track this down
  further if it's of interest.
