Bug description:
[Impact]
Please enable CONFIG_SCOM_DEBUGFS for ppc64el kernels, this creates some new
files in debugfs that allow userspace (root only) to access the P7/P8 chip
internal XSCOM bus, which is needed for various debug/diag/mfg tools. There
should be no runtime impact on performance or stability by just enabling that
option.
[Test Case]
ls /sys/kernel/debug/powerpc/scom/*
[Fix]
Enable CONFIG_SCOM_DEBUGFS for powerpc/powerpc64-smp and ppc64el/generic
arch/flavors.
