Contrary to what people might say on this list about Microsoft operating
systems, I say so far they have done a brilliant job. Sure, they started
like crap with Windows 95 but over time they have improved a whole lot.

I'd like to add that people should not confuse DOS with NT that are two
different beasts although they might share some API.
