Wow, I would gladly buy a book called "The Design and implementation of 
DragonFly BSD" to update myself from my old 4.4 book ;)

- Vendors (re) selling CDs

- shirts, stickers, ephemera
- News sites for DragonFly (I'm trying to cover this one)

- etc.
