Google has asked organizations to ask students to submit applications
as quickly as possible, and then edit them as necessary online. Many
students are negotiating with mentoring organizations directly and
have not yet submittted anything to the google site, and google is
unable to get a good grasp of the numbers to determine whether they
should extend the final deadline or not.
If you feel the application is too incomplete just say so at the top
and submit anyway. We will know that it is a work in progress.
