More pf work

My work on updating pf is still ongoing and I have reached a new 
milestone: Updated kernel part to the version that comes with OpenBSD 4.4.

So far the module builds and loads (no panics so far), but I still need 
to update pfctl to effectively start testing.

Anyway I wanted to make this public so the code can be reviewed already now:
