Murphy,
I had similar problems when I tried to compile JJOS on a FAT partition (I
also originally used jCVS). I even tried copying it over and that failed
too. What I discovered is in my situation was that putting it on the FAT
partition caused all of the security settings to get screwed up, which is
why it didn't work when I moved it over to the ext2fs partition.
Do this: Boot into linux and use the command line cvs to download JJOS
afresh. After that, you may need to update your dependencies. Do a 'make
depend' in the JJOS/arch/host/nativecode/ directory (or in whatever
directories you are having that problem). That should take care of it
complaining about the missing seperators.
Hope this helps,
Avery J. Regier
