[JOS-Kernel] Simulation

I am working on a independent simulation for a JOS console. It is an
extension of a java.awt.Canvas. My simulated console implements the console
interface.

By simulation, it is possible to demonstrate how the JOS console will work
without resorting to Linux, jJOS or decaf.
