That author is me.  :)   I would be happy to update the web page with
a pointer to a SourceForge repository for Kore.  

There is also a mailing list for Kore maintained by jimpick.com:

The original authors of Kore (Glynn Clements and George Morrison) put
it out under a very liberal license, so you can legally put it onto
SourceForge, though it would be polite to ask them...

I'd just call the project 'Kore' if the name isn't already taken.
