I was looking at 3rd Stroustrup for something completely unrelated
and happened to stumble across 'dynamic_cast<>' -- which I hadn't seen
used anywhere in the jJOS/decaf code. Is dynamic_cast<> not supported
widely enough to use, or is/was there some other reason for not using
it? (problems on the i386 build?)
