        There's not anywhere the kernel should fail after print A20 OK
until it gets to trying to find the ramdisk.  Did you make the bootable
image file using mknbi-jos?  If not, try that; it includes everything in
one file (jjos-nbi), which needs to be in /tftpboot.  Also be sure that
-DETHERBOOT is defined in the Makefile.  Hope this helps.
