[JOS-Kernel] build errors

Hi,

I've downloaded snapshot for jos kernel, etc. version 1f.  I get some
errors trying to build.  I'm sure it's something simple...

common/decaf/jvmbuiltins.cc :32: file curses.h: No Such file or
directory

also

common/nativecode/jbheap.cc:514: Invalid use of void expression

any and all clues welcome.
