redhat/configs: Remove CONFIG_INFINIBAND_I40IW

Now that the CONFIG_INFINIBAND_IRDMA driver is supported, we can remove
the CONFIG_INFINIBAND_I40IW, because the IRDMA driver replaces the I40IW
driver.

Upstream: RHEL-only.
