Sorry, I didn't actually have any Hyper-V/ARM hardware myself, was mostly
relying on Microsoft reporting success from testing upstream kernel
internally, not sure about the exact specs for the hardware/software. I'm not
certain this is supposed to work with off-the-shelf Hyper/ARM at this point,
I've heard about issues around console being worked on. Having this enabled in
Fedora would make testing efforts easier I believe (and shouldn't break
anything).
