That's it, it was problematic when it came in upstream, and no one has asked us to flip it back on since. I have just flipped it on for the fedora-6.3 branch and rawhide. Unfortunately the 6.3.3 rebase builds are already almost done, so it will show up in 6.3.4 for stable Fedora releases.
