I built the latest ark sources with this patch on a fedora system and booted.
crash on a live system appears to work.

I enabled kdump and added 'crashkernel=256M' to the kernel command line and
rebooted.

I was able to panic the system by writing a c to /proc/sysrq-trigger. The
system successfully wrote out a vmcore which was successfully read by crash on
a subsequent reboot. crash appears to work properly on the reaped crashdump.

So the verdict is no, crash and kexec-tools don't need any modifications to
support CONFIG_ADDRESS_MASKING.
