redhat: configs: Drop CONFIG_MEMSTICK_REALTEK_PCI config option
Upstream status: RHEL-only
The rtsx_pci_ms driver has been dropped on commit <d0f459259c13>
("memstick: rtsx_pci_ms: Remove Realtek PCI memstick driver"), thus
its CONFIG_MEMSTICK_REALTEK_PCI config option also needs to be dropped
