Hi, Mulyadi and Luis. Your suggestion is correct. Thank you. It just display things but not toward serial.
Could I ask you about one more question? I want to use serial for login and doing some command in shell. I found that it is about /etc/init and getty, but I just found the solution with /etc/inittab (I knew it is for old version). 2011/4/14 Mulyadi Santosa <[email protected]> > Hi... > > On Thu, Apr 14, 2011 at 09:49, Luis Cebamanos <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi, > > > > So the chain to boot would be something like : > > > > $ sudo qemu -m 512 -enable-kvm disk.img -append > > "console=ttyS0 root=/dev/sda1 ro" -kernel bzImage -initrd > > initrd.img-2.6.37 > > I think so...let's see if that works for the original poster's problem... > > -- > regards, > > Mulyadi Santosa > Freelance Linux trainer and consultant > > blog: the-hydra.blogspot.com > training: mulyaditraining.blogspot.com > > _______________________________________________ > Kernelnewbies mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.kernelnewbies.org/mailman/listinfo/kernelnewbies >
