Hi, I find that in the ip_rcv when we call NF_IP_PRE_ROUTING hook, the ip_rcv_finish in turn calls ip_route_input, however there is always a possibility that the packet maybe for the local process, which I find is not taken care in the ip_rcv_finish method.
