RFE for Linux kernel

Hi All,
         I am interested in Networking subsystem of the Linux kernel. I want
to do a long term project on Linux Networking subsystem. Kindly guide me as
to where can I get  the TODO list for the networking subsystem.

I found out  this TODO list but I am not sure what in the list is done :
